Company forcing 5-day RTO, is it worth quitting over?
Honestly RTO mandates are often about control or justifying office leases, not productivity. If your output was fine remote, that's data on your side in a flexi request. But I'll be real, in a soft job market employers hold more cards now, so pick your battle. If everything else about the job is good, maybe endure and quietly job-hunt. If the job was already meh, this is the nudge to leave.
