This is a salary issue and there are real protections. Under the Employment Act, salary must be paid within 7 days after the end of the salary period (overtime within 14). Late or non-payment is a breach. Steps I took at a past job: 1) keep payslips and bank records showing the late dates, 2) raise it in writing to management first (paper trail), 3) if unresolved, approach TADM (Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management) to file a salary claim, they mediate, and it can escalate to the Employment Claims Tribunals. You don't need to quit to file. Do verify current coverage and limits with MOM/TADM directly, as thresholds and which employees are covered can change. Colleagues can file together, there's strength in documented cases.
