Is it damaging to job hop after only 1 year?
One thing people forget: check whether your current AWS or bonus is paid out before you leave. I left in Nov once and forfeited my whole 13th month because payout was in Dec and you must be in service on payout date. That was basically two months salary gone. Time your resignation so you at least collect what's owed, then hop. The 22% is still worth it but don't leave free money on the table.
